Rome: CinaviCina Festival. Festival of Chinese culture
The CinaviCina Festival will be held in Rome from May 23 - June 8, 2008 at the Parco della Musica Auditorium.
CinaviCina Festival. Festival of Chinese culture, is the first festival fully dedicated to Chinese culture with participants coming from everywhere in this large country. On this occasion, bringing Italy and China closer together will be: theater shows, music, dance, circus acts, art, literature and much more.
This large international festival is organized by the Fondazione Musica per Roma in association with the People's Republic of China's Ministry of Culture before the 2008 Olympic games in China.
Look for the 2008 Festival program soon to be published on the festival's website. The 2008 edition will bring to Rome: the Shangai Opera House, the Yu Opera, the Beijing National Theatre, the Shaolin Kung Fu Monks and the Shangai Drama Theatre.

How to get to the Parco della Musica Auditorium:
By bus: on bus 910, get off at the Termini/Piazza Mancini terminal; on bus 53, get off at the Piazza Mancini/Piazza San Silvestro terminal; on bus 217, get off at the V.le XVII Olimpiade/Stazione Termini terminal; on bus 213, get off at the P.zza Mancini/P.le delle Canestre (Villa Borghese) terminal (Saturdays and Sundays only); Line "M" Stazione Termini/Viale Pietro de Coubertin (Auditorium) terminal from 5 PM to the end of the last show. Departures every 15 minutes
By tram: n. 2, get off at the P.le Flaminio/P.zza Mancini terminal
By subway: Subway A, Flaminio stop, continue on tram 2 or Ferrovia Roma - Nord, get off at the Piazza Euclide stop.
By car: G.R.A. exit Flaminio Saxa Rubra. Follow the signs for Corso di Francia; or Lungotevere Flaminio/Viale Tiziano, at the Palazzetto dello Sport, there's a large parking lot at the Auditorium.
